Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one nights room and tax charge. If there is any change to the confirmed departure date after check-in, it will result in a $50.00 early departure fee.
Located across from the convention center this luxury hotel is convenient and comfortable. Entrance is serene as you enter facing the park. Lobby is large, bright and welcoming for attendee check-in, guest rooms have recently been renovated with down comforters, minibar, coffemaker, iron/board and daily newspaper. Large outdoor heated pool in tropical setting, state of the art fitness center and full service restaurant and bar is available for guests needs. Current parking rate is $17.00 for self parking, and $25 for valet parking.

HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS DOWNTOWN
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one nights room and tax charge.
Small hotel just a few blocks down from the convention center. No parking charges and includes deluxe continental breakfast in rate.

HOLIDAY INN CAPITOL PLAZA
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made by 6pm the day to arrival in order to avoid a one nights room and tax charge.
Located downtown, right on the mall. It has been recently renovated. The hotel is not close enough to the Convention Center to walk by yourself. It is about 9 blocks. There is public transportation that picks on outside the hotel at 3rd and J and drops off at the convention center.
Valet parking has been reduced to $10.00 per night, and self parking has been reduced to $5 per night, for NCVA attendees.

This highrise hotel is an excellent value for the money. All rooms are interior entrance. Rooms are nice looking and good sized and include a pillow top bed and Crabtree and Evelyn products. Hotel is within blocks of the Arden Fair Mall.
